Meet Ade Henderson

For over ten years, Ade Henderson has been a beacon of inspiration in the non-profit sector, embracing a multitude of leadership roles with unwavering dedication. His profound commitment to mentorship has touched the lives of countless college students and teenagers, guiding them with a blend of wisdom and compassion as they navigate life and build lasting bonds and relationships.

Now, as a visionary Director at a Fortune 500 company, Ade harnesses his belief in the power of human connection. He empowers individuals to ascend to their highest, to chase their professional dreams with an energy that ignites their spirits. A staunch advocate for mental health and inclusivity,

Ade’s passion extends beyond the boardroom. He dedicates his weekends to coaching a vibrant tapestry of neurodivergent and neurotypical children, using the universal language of sports to weave a tapestry of unity and understanding. As a former, professional basketball player, he understands team work, so together, he and his wife not only want to protect, shield, guide, and safeguard their own child, they also want to contribute to children's lives that are not their own. Only when we extend ourselves and protect our youth, the most vulnerable in society, will we be able to see a brighter future.

Social media can sometimes cause fear, loneliness, and depression in our youth and it's up to us, the adults to be guardians of the young people.

Ade is not just a leader; he is a luminary, lighting the path to a brighter future where every individual is valued, every voice is heard, and every dream is within reach. His legacy is one of hope, empowerment, the betterment of humanity, but definitely to our children and youth. With mental health on the rise, we must all do whatever we can to contribute to healing and better health.
